What is your minimum sourcing order?+
Product sourcing starts at a total purchase value of US$1,000. This is a value threshold, not a 1,000-piece MOQ. Factory quantity requirements vary by product, material and customisation and are confirmed before an order.
Do you work only in certain product categories?+
No fixed product catalogue. We assess specification clarity, manufacturing fit, compliance exposure, factory capability and commercial viability before accepting a project.
Will we know which factory makes our product?+
Yes. Under the open-book model, candidate factory identities are disclosed after the project agreement, NDA/NNN and agreed startup payment. The disclosure milestone is agreed before work begins.
How are your fees structured?+
For your own suppliers, indicative routine coordination starts at 3% of managed product value: supplier management and production control share one base fee. Add quality follow-up for 1% and shipment/document coordination for 1%, up to 5%; minimum US$100 per managed order. For purchases through our supplier network, selected routine coordination cost is included in the quoted product price, with 0% separately itemised coordination fee. Open-book sourcing, custom development and independent assurance use task or project quotes. Inspection execution, audits, testing, freight and other project costs are separate. Final scope is confirmed in writing; ongoing programmes may use a retainer.
Can you work with our existing suppliers?+
Yes. Independent assurance and managed programmes can support your current factories, agent and internal team. You do not need to switch suppliers to begin.
Do we need to outsource the full supply chain?+
No. Start with a fit and risk triage, a paid diagnostic and a focused pilot. Expand only when the work demonstrates value.
Who owns the specifications, quotations and supplier data?+
You own the supplier relationship and project data after the paid sourcing milestone, as set out in the project agreement. You can choose to contract and pay the factory directly.
